I was kinda hesitant on buying this reel at first due to never spent that much on a reel. But after using this thing for a few trips I loved it so much had to get another one!!! Definitely recommend if your just starting out learning baitcasters.
I own 2 of these so far......always been a Shimano guy. I have some Curados 25+ years old. But I Love the DC's. Ready to buy another !!
I had some reservations about this technology, but after a few days on the water – I am a believer! Besides having a butter smooth retrieve, once you get this thing dialed in, casting any weight lure is almost automatic and backlashes are a distant memory. This is my new go to reel for night fishing……
Great reel I live on okeechobee and this handles all those 5 pounders great and its a real durable reel to and only about 300 bucks all around great quality
Incredible cast control allows easy skipping with a bait caster. This reel is as good as my $500 reels.
