Perfect rod for 3/8-1/2 oz chatterbaits with trailers. Not heavy in the hand and the right level of sensitivity for a bladed bait rod. Also good for shallow-mid diving crankbaits.
The 735 CB glass rod is amazing. My favorite cranking rod. Keeps the fish pinned. Own several Dobyns rods and this is probably my favorite. Rod is light for a glass rod, good balance, has a good look and is wonderful to fish. Would highly recommend!
Perfect all around moving bait rod. Great balance, best chatterbait rod anywhere. When a fish gets hooked he isn!t going to throw the hook because of this rods parabolic bend. If I could hace only one crankbaitrod this would be it.
This is a great rod with tons of different applications lure wise.
As for, American Legacy Fishing, they go above and beyond with their customer service. I ordered the wrong model and they exchanged my mistake no questions asked.
