Perfect rod for spinnerbaits up to and including 1/2oz. Can be used for most every technique though. Very soft tip but great backbone and feel--especially if you seal the cork with U-40.
Light in the hand due to the phenomenal balance.

Great experience ordering and receiving the rod in a timely manner. Purchased the rod for a fishing trip to Brazil for peacock bass (Tecunare), dogfish (cachorro) and golden dorado. The rod quickly became one of my favorites, great tip action and nice backbone. Light, balanced and great feel/sensitivity! Highly recommend both Dobyns & American Legacy Fishing!
